Registration Process

Registration For 2017 -2018 School Year

Merkaz has made changes to the Registration process this year due to the fall Jewish holiday schedule. Our challenge is to get our new exciting course choices to students in a way that allows registration to take place early and classes to begin in September. Beginning in mid-April and continuing through mid-May, all students, including new upper classmen and incoming 9th graders can preregister for next year’s classes. The course catalog can be found under the Program tab, and Course Selection Forms can be downloaded. Later in May, once students have selected and handed in their course forms, we will mail a copy along with other pertinent registration materials.  When you return the Registration Forms, along with your payment or completed Payment Plan and deposit, your child(ren)’s registration packet will be complete and their courses will be held. Registration will be completed by the end of the Merkaz year, June 30th.

There will be no increase in fees for registrations that are received by July 15th. Registration for students who register after June 15th will be charged an additional $50 late fee.

A drop-off mailbox is available in the main door of the building.

Completed registration packet must include:

  • Registration Form
  • Course Selection Form
  • Tuition Form with Full Payment (Tuition And Supplies Fee)

OR

  • A Completed Payment Plan

Full payment is due at the time of registration.

A non-refundable $150 registration deposit is required to accompany a completed payment plan or an application for a tuition adjustment.

Payment may be made by a check payable to “Merkaz” or a credit card.
