Rabbi Marcelo Kormis

Rabbi Marcelo Kormis

Jewish education is the best way to shape and impact the lives of future Jewish generations. Learning cannot be just an intellectual exercise or a social activity; it must be a transformative experience. At Merkaz we try hard to make our tradition authentic and relevant for our students. Judaism is an evolving religion that deeply appeals to different people of different ages and places. Merkaz plays a central role in our community bringing students together, connecting them to their Judaism, and shaping their Jewish identities.
