Registration Process

Registration For 2019 -2020 School Year

Our registration process has changed over the past few years! We now get our new exciting course choices to students in a way that allows registration to take place early and classes to begin in September. Beginning in mid-April and continuing through May, all students, including new upper classmen and incoming 9th graders can preregister for next year’s classes. The course catalog can be found under the Program tab, and Course Selection Forms can be downloaded. Once the students have selected and handed in their course forms, we will mail other pertinent registration materials to the students homes.  When the Registration Forms, along with the payment or completed Payment Plan and deposit is returned to the Merkaz office, your child(ren)’s registration packet will be complete and their courses will be held.

Registration for students who register after August 26th will be charged an additional $50 late fee.

A Completed Registration Packet Must Include:

  • Registration Form
  • Course Selection Form
  • Tuition Form with Full Payment


  • A Completed Payment Plan

Full payment is due at the time of registration.

A non-refundable $150 registration deposit is required to accompany a completed payment plan or an application for a tuition adjustment.

Payment may be made by a check payable to “Merkaz” or a credit card.
